Interpretation of Results:

0–11 Points: Low Symptoms of PTSD:

12–23 Points: Mild Symptoms of PTSD

You may be experiencing mild distress. Talking to loved ones or consulting a professional can help manage these feelings.

24–36 Points: Moderate Symptoms of PTSD

Your symptoms may be impacting your daily life. Seeking support from a healthcare professional is recommended.

37+ Points: Severe Symptoms of PTSD

You are likely experiencing significant distress. Professional intervention is highly recommended to help you manage and heal.
